Many years of experience as personal trainers have gone into the design of our Small Group program META-BOOST. We have come up with the most efficient way to increase strength and flexibility and improve cardiovascular endurance. It is an effective 45-minute whole body workout based on high-intensity interval training. It combines power and aerobic exercises for maximum muscle-toning and fat-burning effect.  Boca Raton personal training group sessions are perfect for the family.
